Persil Promotes Free Play in UK Campaign

Persil – July 18, 2008

There’s nothing more precious than childhood; it’s a time of wonder, discovery and exploration and we understand that mothers want their children to grow up having a variety of stimulating experiences. We’re also aware that Mums today lead hectic lives and that there are rarely enough hours in the day to do everything you’d like with your children. So that’s why we’re launching the "every child has the right" campaign this summer – aimed at helping parents to get their children involved in unstructured, ‘free’ play.

We want to get more kids involved in all the outdoorsy, delightfully messy, creative activities that make childhood such fun, so on this website you’ll find lots of fun tips to engage your child in free play. To start things off we’ve made a virtual scrapbook to encourage Mums and kids to keep a record of summer play time, whatever shape or form it takes!
